I am quite jealous that you watch so many movies. I am going to watch this one too :)
You know, I've promised myself something. I am going to study for atleast two hours everyday..properly study, not lightly or halfheartedly..properly!
And then I am going to reward myself with one good movie every week!
It's excellent motivation! You shud try it..I'm watching The Lincoln Lawyer this weekend, I'd missed out on it when it released! :)
This film was brilliant in the way it was so much like real life. That best friend character and how his death is unresolved is superb.
And the actor playing the character was rather hot, of course. If this film had been a regular Hollywood movie, it wud have been him playing the lead role of the man wearing his heart on his sleeve, chasing after the love of his life to the train station, wooing her with champagne and long-stemmed roses while Paul Giamatti played his best friend.
But it's the opposite in this movie, which is one of the many reasons why I loved it this one! Paul Giamatti who I have begun to love to a level that lies somewhere between my affection for Colin Firth and my adoration for Joaquin Phoenix, does some really incredible movies. Remember Sideways?
Then watch Cold Souls. Another Giamatti gem.
I think you have a GREAT taste in movies! You seem to pick out the right one, whereas I tend to go and watch- 'Ready'... :|

Haha Sakshi, I was very, very tempted to just give in to entreaties and threats and simply go and watch Ready with classmates, but luckily I had a good excuse in the form of a double emergency that week! :D
Puneet, thank you. :) I like writing them, too. Makes me almost feel like a critic. But a serious flaw is the fact that I tend to write only about stuff I really, really like or admire somehow.
